Travel Diaries: My Trip to Los Angeles
 En route!

En route!

Hi everyone! If you follow me on social media, you may have seen that I recently took a vacation to Los Angeles, California. After a snowy weekend here in New York, there was no better time to hop on a plane and head to the West Coast! The trip was the perfect mix of relaxation, sight seeing, and good food! I wanted to share with you all some of my favorite spots and must see sights for the next time you travel to the LA area! To see some of my favorite restaurants, hotels, and other sights, please keep reading and watch the "vlog" that I put together. :)

Follow me along on my trip to LA and see some of my favorite places! Where are your favorite places in LA/Hollywood? Comment below! Make sure to give this video a thumbs up and subscribe to my channel!

Rodeo Drive & Cannon Drive

If you're traveling to Los Angeles for the first time, it's an absolute "must" to see the famous Rodeo Drive! The beautiful palm tree lined street has every designer store imaginable - what's not to love? Head over to Cannon Drive where you'll find a slew of delicious and famous restaurants. Some of my favorites include Il Pastaio, Caffe Roma, and Spago. I also stopped by Le Mervetty French Pastries where I picked up some absolutely delicious macaroons!

Mr. C Beverly Hills

Combine the iconic Cipriani restaurant with a luxury hotel and you get Mr. C. I immediately fell in love with this hotel! Enjoy some of Cipriani's famous dishes in their restaurant on the main level, or enjoy room service. The hallways are lined with black and white photos of celebrities from the Old Hollywood age which makes for a very glamorous vibe. The rooms are very bright and sleek, and have a beautiful balcony which is perfect for enjoying the sun and reading books or magazines (speaking from experience here!).

The Hollywood Sign

On the more "touristy" side of things, I headed to Lake Hollywood Park where I found an amazing view of the Hollywood sign! To continue the "Hollywood tour" head over to the famous Hollywood Walk of Fame and look for your favorite celebrities' stars. I also visited Universal Studio's City Walk where you'll find stores, restaurants, and can tour the actual studios and sets.

Pacific Coast Highway & Malibu

Truly one of the gems of the West Coast, driving along the Pacific Coast Highway is a real treat. Passing coastal towns such as Santa Monica, this is the perfect drive for a sunny, warm day (which is practically every day in California) and take a stroll on the beach. I drove out to Malibu to check out the beach and also dine at the famous Nobu restaurant (delicious!). On the way back, make sure to stop at the famous Santa Monica pier!
